Anthony says: You're gonna love this: in another case of mistaken identity I named this song "Cocklebur" but discovered YEARS later (sometime around 2014, I believe) that based on the item I visualized when coming up with a name it should've been "Chestnut Bur". You may laugh at will. Cocklebur certainly fits and shall remain, but I didn't actually have any of those littering my yard. Those were the burs of chestnuts. Next time I'll ask first.
After a bit of a noisy intro, I do enjoy how the track opens up into a spacious vibe with guitars certainly influenced by the Felt sound. Great bass lines by Nate and drums by Emre. Originally the lyric was only, "Hurts. Feels Good" but Christian was inspired to suggest, "God only knows the sun is slow."
